I always look for cryptocurrency faucet programs with some unique and interesting features. Most of the new one are just using the same script with probably slightly different interface design.
Can anybody tell just from the name that this next one, Griddy Scratch is actually a cryptocurrency faucet? They also use a weird domain, Scratch.Griddy.click. The idea is we will get a scratch card and at the end of the claim we can find one behind that scratch surface as the reward.
Well, the uniqueness doesn’t stop there. The claiming process is also slightly different. Although, some may find it more like a gimmick.
So, who is this Griddy Scratch Faucet behind Scratch.Griddy.click? Is Griddy Scratch legit or scam? How do we earn and how do we get paid?
Those are probably just a few questions that came to mind after hearing about the program. Well, in this article, I’m going to share with you my Griddy Scratch review based on my experience on using their platform and what I can find from the internet.
Hope this helps. Is Scratch.Griddy.click going to be the best cryptocurrency faucet program out there?

News and Update
June 2023. Apparently this site has stopped their operation since the start of this month. This review was written right before the site became inaccessible.
Usually, cryptocurrency faucet owners might make some changes to their platform and make a come back. Maybe new script, interface or other things. However, this one even deleted their Discord channel so I assumed that they will not return.
About Griddy Scratch (Scratch.Griddy.click)
According to the data from FaucetMonitor.com, the owner, using “griddyclick” as the username, doesn’t have other faucet connected to the FaucetPay.io platform. This one has almost about 600 active users sending out payment worth less than 1 USD per day or less than 5 USD per week.
The site actually has a link to the Discord channel where we can contact the owner. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the channel again.
To use the site, we are supposed to have an email address that we use to create account with FaucetPay.io account. Payments will be sent to via this micro wallet service.
We can create account with FaucetPay.io using this link and start earning with Griddy Scratch.
USDT Faucet
Cryptocurrency faucet is the main feature on Griddy Scratch. From a cryptocurrency faucet, anybody can earn money, usually in cryptocurrency, for doing almost nothing.
The least we should do to earn the money is just a click of a button. Most of this kind of programs nowadays will require more. We need to click and view some ads, visit and going through some webpages, and solve some captcha systems.
The amount of money we can earn from a cryptocurrency faucet usually is not that much, considering how easy and little the effort is. However, some of them allow us to repeat the process and let us claim over and over again after waiting for a period of time.
Overtime, with multiple claims and from multiple different cryptocurrency faucet programs, those pennies can eventually become very big. Combined with the chance of increasing value of the cryptocurrency, people can earn a lot from this type of programs.
In the case of Griddy Scratch, we can claim free USDT, a stablecoin once every 60 minutes. The reward is not always the same but it seems there is a minimum and maximum reward we can get.
How does it work?
After signing in to Griddy Scratch account, we will immediately see the faucet page similar to this next picture below. As we can see there, there should be a green button that says GET ONE TICKET.
If we click on that, it will send us to another website called Nerdiess.com. Basically, this is an integrated shortlinks that we need to complete as part of the claiming process.
At the top left corner, there should be a 30-second countdown. We need to stay focus on that in order to start the countdown. Otherwise, it will pause. If we click any empty part of that page, there should be two pop ups happen separately.
As shown by the third picture below, when the countdown is done, a button that says CONTINUE will replace the countdown. We can click on that to proceed and it will send us to another page of Nerdiess.com to repeat the same process.
This will happen 3 times. Notice that on the first one, the CONTINUE button will have a yellow background color. While the second has Blue color and the 3rd one has Green color. The process remains the same, including the pop ups.
After we have gone through 3 pages of Nerdiess.com and the green CONTINUE button, we will arrive back to Griddy Scratch page like the last picture above. As we can see, the page will tell us to Scratch the Ticket.
What it means is, we can click and hold on that ticket image and move the mouse as if we scratch a ticket. There will be pop up when clicking that part but we just need to get back to this browser tab.
Once we have cleared up the scratch part, the page will show us the reward that we get from that claiming process as shown by the picture below. At this point, we have 2 choices, either to get that reward as stated or Boost the reward.
In this example, I just claim what I already got and clicked the Blue button. The page will show a notification that says, the reward has been sent to our FaucetPay.io account.
We can close the notification and we will be sent back to the first faucet page as shown by the third picture below. As we can see, the Get Ticket button has been replaced by a 60-minute timer.
We need to wait for that interval time before we can repeat the process to claim the faucet and get the reward again. If we check on our FaucetPay.io account, there should be a payment entry from GriddyScratch.
That is it with how to claim the faucet from Griddy Scratch.
Optional Boost
If instead of just claiming the faucet reward, we choose to boost it, there are some extra process we need to go through. That button will send us back to Nerdiess.com once again.
With the similar process, we need to wait for another 30 seconds on that Nerdiess.com page before it will send us to the Boost page. As shown by this next picture below, the Boost page will have a Wheel of Fortune feature with 8 possible Boosts.
We can click on the SPIN button to determine the Boost we will get. There will be one more pop up.
4 of them will give us multiplier between 1.25x up to 2.00x. The other 4 will give us 0.00001 USDT each added to the reward.
If we do get the extra USDT reward, we have a choice between spinning again, after going through the Nerdiess.com page again or claim the reward. This could lead to multiple extra USDT reward if we choose to keep Boosting.
On the other hand, if we do get one of the Multiplier, that will be the end of Boosting chance. If the multiplier comes after the extra USDT, it seems it doesn’t multiply the extras.
Airdrop Bonus
We may notice that the first faucet page mentions about airdrop. First time we see the page it will say 10 claims before the Airdrop or something like that. Airdrop here means extra USDT bonus that we can get on every 11th claim. After 10 claims, then the next one will include the airdrop bonus.
We can choose to Boost this reward plus the Airdrop if we get the multiplier. The Airdrop bonus will be added automatically and the process remains the same.
After the claim with this Airdrop bonus, the progress bar will reset. We can claim 10 times again to activate the Airdrop and get the bonus on 11th.
Earning Rate and Comparisons
Based on the data on my FaucetPay.io report, without the boost, the reward is between 0.0005 USDT up to 0.00075 USDT per claim. So, with the 2.00x bonus, it can go up to 0.0015 USDT. I’m not sure about the Airdrop bonus but it seems it is up to 0.001 USDT.
At least we can say that the rate is 0.0005 USD per hour as the lowest rate.
The question is, is that a good earning rate? One way to find out is by making a simple comparison to other similar programs. In this case, other cryptocurrency faucet program.
Here are what I have tried so far. The value of each cryptocurrency is based on the value at the last week of May 2023. Bitcoin is between 25,000 USD to 30,000 USD per coin and very volatile.
Freebitco.in, usually as my standard for good earning faucet, can give us like about 7 satoshi (0.002 USD) at this time per claim every hour as the base reward which is what we will get most of the time. There is a chance to get higher rewards per claim from this. That hourly rate is 4 times higher than 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
Cointiply.com, now the faucet can only give us 2 claims per day. For me right now about 20 coins a day and with 100 coins equals to 0.01 USD means 0.002 USD per day, or about 7 satoshi of BTC. 4 claims from Griddy Scratch and we can get the same as this in a day.
ClaimFreeCoins.io, a 5-minute faucet can offer like 0.001 USD per claim with integrated shortlinks. This one claim is already twice as much as 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
Free-Litecoin.com and their group, each as hourly faucet can give altcoins about 766 litoshi (0.0007 USD) at this time as the base prize. This is slightly higher hourly rate than one claim from Griddy Scratch.
BestChange.com, has a faucet feature, give at least 1 satoshi (0.00027 USD) in BTC per hour. That lowest reward is about half as much as 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
FireFaucet.win, an auto faucet, at this time, with maximum bonus, can give like 1.7 satoshi per hour (0.0005 USD). This rate is about the same as 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
FreeBitcoin.io, an hourly faucet, can offer like 2 satoshi (0.00055 USD) per hour or up to 48 per day. This rate is about the same as 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
FaucetHub.top offers like 0.0014 DOGE (0.0001 USD) per claim per 10 minutes or about 0.0006 USD per hour. 6 claims from this and we get slightly higher than the lowest rate from Griddy Scratch.
Yannik.biz, 1 hour faucet, offers like 3 satoshi of BTC (0.0008 USD) without the bonus. This is slightly higher rate than 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
AltHub.club, a 30-minute faucet, can give us like 5 ALTH per claim or about 1 satoshi of BTC per claim (0.00027 USD). 2 claims from this in an hour and we already get higher than the lowest reward from Griddy Scratch.
GetZEN.cash, a 20-hour faucet can give like less than $0.0004 per claim as the base reward. One claim from Griddy Scratch and we already get higher than the daily rate of this.
FaucetCrypto.com, a 30-minute faucet, offers like 17.5 coin per claim or about 2.5 satoshi at this time (0.0007 USD). In an hour 2 claims from this is probably already higher than 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
PipeFlare.io, a daily faucet, where we can earn about 0.00002 ZEC (0.0007 USD) per day. 2 claims from Griddy Scratch and we already get higher than this in a day.
TimeForBitco.in, a 5-minute lump sum faucet can give us like 1.23 satoshi (0.00032 USD) per claim. 2 claims from this in an hour and we already get higher reward than one claim from Griddy Scratch.
CRINF.net, as a 5-minute faucet can give us 1 satoshi of BTC (0.00027 USD) per claim. 2 claims from this in an hour and we already get higher than one claim from Griddy Scratch.
CoinPayU.com, offers 4 claims of 60-minute faucets that can give us about 0.0008 USD per one faucet claim up to 4 times a day each. That means the daily rate is about 0.0128 USD. With the lowest reward, even if we claim 24 times a day with Griddy Scratch, we probably will not get higher daily rate than this.
CryptoWin.io, a 17-minute faucet can offer between 1 to 6 satoshi of BTC per claim (currently, about 0.00027 to 0.0016 USD). Four claims from this in an hour can give over twice as much as one claim from Griddy Scratch.
U24.co is currently a 30-minute faucet from which we can earn about 0.8 satoshi of Bitcoin at least per claim which is about 0.00022 USD. In an hour, 2 claims from this can be lower than 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
Snails.racing with 60-minute multiple faucets can give like 0.000017 USD per hour from each faucet. One claim from Griddy Scratch is actually almost 50 times higher than one claim of this with the current value.
LarvelFaucet.com with 30 minutes interval time, can give like 0.0002 USD per claim at least. In an hour, 2 claims from this can be lower than 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
CoinDiversity.io, with 1 minute interval time but only up to 5 claims per day can give at least 0.0003 USD per claim, depending on the coin. Three claims from Griddy Scratch and we can get the same reward per day.
BigBTC.win, a 5-minute faucet can give like 1 satoshi per claim or currently about less than 0.00027 USD. Two claims from this in an hour and we already get higher reward than one claim from Griddy Scratch, but depends on the BTC value.
BTCBunch.com has multiple 30-minute faucet that can give us 100 coin or 0.001 USD per claim. In an hour or 2 claims from this, we can get up to 4 times higher than 1 claim from Griddy Scratch.
YesCoiner.com, another 1-hour Bitcoin faucet can give us at least 2 satoshi per claim up to 8 times a day. Currently the daily rate is about 0.0044 USD. We can get the same from Griddy Scratch if we claim like 9 times a day.
TheALGOFaucet, where we only need to claim once a week, can give like 0.0005 ALGO per day or about 0.0000765 USD per day. One claim from Griddy Scratch is already 6 times higher than one day reward of this.
SatoshiHero.com, a 30-minute faucet, can give us at least 10 SXT or about 0.001 USD per claim.ย Two claims from this in an hour and we already get higher reward than Griddy Scratch.
AlgoDrops.org, a 2-day faucet, will give us 0.001 ALGO per 2 days or currently about 0.0000765 USD per day. One claim from Griddy Scratch is already over 3 times higher than 1 claim from this.
Final Autoclaim, has 2 faucets at least, that we can claim every 30 minutes each. We can get like 0.00075 USD from both per claim. In an hour with 2 claims from each, we can get like 3x higher than the lowest reward from Griddy Scratch.
These are just comparing strictly between the faucet earning rate. There are more things to consider like the claiming process or how easy to withdraw.
Some programs can offer other earning feature or bonus that could make them a better choice. On the other hand, some users might not be able to use those other earning feature and can only rely on faucet.
Comment and Suggestion
Well, we can consider this as a shortlink faucet. It’s just the shortlink seems to be a unique one, possibly from the same owner, instead of a 3rd party. Other faucets can also force this integrated shortlinks while there are also some that offer it as optional.
If the shortlink is from 3rd party, then there is a chance that the shortlink might not work. It can even jeopardize the earnings from the faucet’s owner. The shortlink can suddenly stop paying the host while the host already send out payments to users.
There were stories about cryptocurrency faucet owners lost their money for using these shortlinks. Some even started their own business for shortlinks. It doesn’t always work though.
It seems for Griddy Scratch, we don’t need to worry that the same things will happen to them. However, it turns out, there are still some other issues.
One of them is that the countdown failed to load. If this happens like in the first page of the process, we can just repeat the process. The problem is that it can also happen during the second or even the third. When that happens, it doesn’t seem that we can just reload the page.
Somehow the issue occurs more frequently in the last few days at least. At this point, I usually reload and if it doesn’t work, then I give up, close the browser. I’m not sure if it is possible to just return to previous page and retry.
This is the reason why I hate the integrated shortlinks. Shortlinks nowadays have more pages we need to go through with a lot of extra steps. If then some parts of the process we can fail then all of our efforts become meaningless.
I was expecting that this one could work better as I assumed that the shortlink is owned by the owner.ย Apparently, the problem is still there.
Another problem related to this is the owner seems to add more pop ups. I don’t mind any pop ups but the problem is when the pop up shut down the page and started a new one. In this case, with the shortlinks and countdown, it starts a new browser tab with that countdown.
There is a possibility, it will also fail to start a new one. Returning to the previous page, clearly doesn’t help and I have to start over which also has a chance to fail again.
Since whether they do it or not seems to be random, I could also end up closing that new browser tab because I thought it was just for another ad. While it was actually part of the claiming process.
Because of this issue, even I don’t always try to boost it. Boosting the reward means we need to go through the page and countdown again, with a chance to fail.
The good thing is that at that point, we already get the reward. They already start the countdown if I understand correctly. That extra step between claim and boost is about sending the reward to FaucetPay.io with or without extra bonus. Still, it will take at least another 30 seconds.
So, I will boost the reward only when it includes the Airdrop as the boost can affect the airdrop as well. Funny enough that it seems from the Wheel of Fortune I can keep getting just extra 1,000 satoshi of USDT. The most I can get consecutively was like 5 times in a row before getting a multiplier. That means, that one took another 150 seconds at least.
I haven’t mentioned about the earning rate. Even if they are giving a good earning for adding layers of the claiming process, there is no point if I cannot finish it.
I guess the owner still get some income for loading the ads without the need to pay users if the user choose to give up halfway. User’s fault? Maybe. But what a way to discourage users from using their service.
The earning rate itself is okay compared to other hourly faucets. Typically, those with shorter interval time can give lower per claim. But after repeated claims in the same time frame, the shorter ones can give higher total. It’s just instead of 1 claim, we may need to do it twice or up to like 12.
So, the question is whether this one claim with multiple pages to go through is worth the reward. I honestly think it’s probably not. We already have to wait longer like at least 30 x 3 just for waiting the countdown before waiting the page to reload. If we count also the chances to fail with the claiming process, then this is even less.
Let’s be fair. Another good thing is that this does not use any captcha system in any part of the claiming process. Nowadays, on most cryptocurrency faucets, we have to either rely on reCaptcha from Google or the hCaptcha.
Both of them require loading a lot of images. Especially during peak load for reCaptcha. Loading the pictures can be very slow. There is also a chance to fail or keep failing to solve the captcha even. While it may not take as long as Griddy Scratch, I personally can get frustrated.
Maybe it doesn’t matter if I only use like one faucet and only claim like once or twice a day. But I used like a lot and do multiple claims on each of these faucets.
On the other hand, this Griddy Scratch offer something different where we really have to wait that long and without any captcha to solve. Of course there are other faucets that are easier than this.
But it’s kind of refreshing while the other faucets keep trying to make it even impossible to claim by adding more ads, layers. Make the page slower by running things on the background.
So, for me, I don’t mind the process. I just hope that there is a guarantee that I can make it to the end.
But even then, will it stay like that forever? From my experience of using multiple faucets, it’s just a matter of time before the owner starts adding complication to the claiming process. Then it becomes impossible and just stop using it.
I personally don’t mind about the low earning rate as long as it is still reasonable. At the time of this writing, the world is either in or about to enter economic recession. Everybody has to make things tighter. Or of course, the worst would be for the owner to stop offering the service completely.
If they don’t get enough income and no user is willing to use to generate that income, then it’s just a matter of time before this one shuts down. Well, that’s just life. New one will come out replacing them.
Griddy Scratch faucet is nice because it is unique. While other new faucets just keep using the same script with no additional benefit. I always try to highlight something different, program with new idea.
However, it doesn’t mean new ideas will survive. Some did while some others didn’t. I hope this one does.
Referral / Affiliate Program
There is a way to turn Griddy Scratch Faucet from an active income source into a passive one. That means, we don’t need to do a lot or actively use the earning features but we can still earn something passively.
That is by using the referral or affiliate features. What we do is we invite other people to join the program and let them use the platform. In this case, the program is Griddy Scratch and they can use the platform to earn.
Those invited will become our referrals. As their referrer, we will earn commission, a percentage of the amount they earn from using the platform.
That is true that it means we will get even lower amount. However, that is based on just one activity of one referral. The more referrals we have and the more active they use the platform will increase the chance to get more commission.
Moreover, we will earn those commission passively, 24/7 even while we are asleep. The earnings from the commission can be higher than if we actively do ourselves.
This one is a bit different compared to referral feature on other platforms. The question is, can this one from Griddy Scratch be as good as it sounds?
How does it work?
Like on any online program offering a referral or affiliate commission, each member will get a unique link with their ID attached to it. It is called referral link or reflink and this next one is mine for Griddy Scratch.
https://scratch.griddy.click/?ref=29106
If anybody click on that link and use the program, they will become my referral. And if they use the platform to earn, as the referrer I can get 50% from the amount of reward the referral just earned, but not taken from the referral’s effort.
What we need to do is to share the link to anybody online on any platform that we regularly use. The platform can be our social media accounts, forum, group messenger for family and/or friends, email or even website or blog that we own.
Anywhere we can post the link and the public can access it will do. Even Google Docs can work, if we let the file visible.
We can find our own referral link on that same faucet page at the bottom. There should be a section that looks similar to what is shown by the picture above.
We just need to click on the link and it will automatically copy the link to the clipboard. As shown by the picture, we can see the number of referrals we have invited.
Unfortunately, there is no other tools to help us. The site itself doesn’t have any dedicated page that tells us more about the referrals. Not even the commission we have earned from them. I guess we have to check them on FaucetPay.io page.
How to get (more) referrals?
Well, sharing the link is a must but how exactly? Sharing to the wrong people is like a salesman approaching stranger. People hate that.
If we try to share on our social media, people might get annoyed if they are not interested. Especially if we are spamming, sharing over and over again like multiple times within a day.
We could lose our followers, risking any network we have built. Maybe it’s better to have alternate account specifically just to share this kind of program.
We look for community or other users that we know are interested. Or only when they ask, then we can share with them the link.
A better way might be to share on forums. Not just any forum of course, but related to online money making program, bitcoin, or other cryptocurrencies.
The problem with using any free platform like this is that we are probably not the only one who promote the same program. We have to offer something more than just the referral link like anybody else.
Another thing is that these free platforms have rules that they can suddenly change about promotion and not to mention, shutting down their service entirely. We have to start over our campaign if they delete them.
A better way would be to have our own website. We can share anything not just one program but others with the same, similar or related topics.
Having a website is like having a shop in real life. People can always come back to and find out more programs to use.
Then we can use those free platforms, forum or social media accountsย just for promotion. A good way to get backlink or generate traffic.
Since it’s an online shop, it will stay open 24/7, no need to wait for us to wake up and can be accessed from everywhere around the world. The best part of having our own place or website is that any search engine like Google will do the promotion work non stop.
And they will show the website as a result to exactly people who are interested in it. They use the search engine to look for it and get the website we build as the result. No need to worry about being annoying salesman.
Those people will access the website, see what we have to offer. Maybe a review like this, other or similar program we use, sharing experience, opinion, views to let people know that we understand this kind of program.
If they are interested, they will become our referrals for any program we promote. Once we have enough referrals for Griddy Scratch or every program we promote, we can have passive income even full time income.
That is exactly how people can build their business online. They own a website, fill the website with contents that can help promote a program, and let it work automatically.
If you are interested to know more about how to build a website and turn it into an online business, keep reading. I will share with you later about a training program that anybody can use.
In the meantime, let’s head back to Griddy Scratch for a little bit.
Comment and Suggestion
At this point I haven’t gotten any referrals for Griddy Scratch. Because of that, I cannot tell for sure whether the feature is working or not. What I’m about to say is based on my experience with other similar programs and assuming it will work the same way as the others.
Well, first, the commission, 50% is nice. It is the highest we can probably get from similar programs. Other programs can give like 25%, 10%, 5% or nothing.
I assume that it is 50% from the total reward per claim. This includes the boost, and the airdrop but I could be wrong. It’s possible that they just count the base reward without the extra. Every program works differently.
It’s nice that they use USDT as the currency. Others that pay with BTC and give like 1 satoshi per claim usually ends up with paying no commission. That is because they have no choice but to round it down. Otherwise, they are giving 100% commission rate. Some do that but not sure it is sustainable for their business.
With USDT and minimum of 0.0005 USDT reward per claim, they should be giving us 0.00025 USDT as commission. Of course they will pay commission only if the referral succeed in the claiming process and they earned the reward. If then the referrals give up halfway, we won’t get anything.
It is also nice that they will send the commission immediately after sending the reward to the referral. Unfortunately, the site doesn’t have other feature for users to keep coming back here.
It means, new users can just claim once just to try it and then forget the site completely, never come back. Or maybe up to 10 or 11 times when they get to the Airdrop. Programs with multiple earning features at least have better chance to retain those users. Of course, it’s not a guarantee.
There is also a chance that we may get referral but they don’t use the site at all. Only a small percentage will be an active one, maybe even less for being a long term one. But usually with just a few long-term referrals are enough. We just need to keep promoting the site.
The question is, should we though? I mean there are a lot of similar programs, possibly with better and more features. Why should we promote this instead of the others.
As I said, while I like this one but that is because I find something unique or different. Other people might care more about how they can get more money with the same time spent.
One good thing about this one is that we create account using an email address, not just a cryptocurrency wallet. The reason why it is good is because it’s too easy for anybody to just replace their wallet address. People can still change their email address but it is less likely in my opinion.
With that in mind, I think on programs that use email address as part of the registration, we can retain more referrals longer. This is important for long term passive income, which is the point of referral system. We want to build up the number of our referrals, hopefully we can find a few that will be active.
Sadly, with no other feature on the site, they give no reason for users to stick around. Especially since this one also send the payment instantly after the claim. They should offer an incentive for users to keep coming back. Something like loyalty bonus that if users can claim at least once a day, they can get or even increase the bonus.
But that is also still not enough. Ideally users need to be invested on the site so they can keep coming back. Other programs can offer something like PTC where users can promote something or investment that they can withdraw or reinvest their earnings. Or maybe even running a contest among referrals.
A few programs that I’ve tried even offer a way to communicate with the referrals. If not on site, then at least give a chance to know how they can contact each other. That way, it doesn’t feel like referrer is just promoting stuffs and don’t care afterwards, leaving referrals with no directions.
By doing that way users can create community. A reason to keep coming back. There is additional value that other users can get, even if they don’t come from the platform itself.
On Griddy Scratch, we only know at most the number of referrals. We don’t know who these people are. They are just numbers. We don’t even know how much commission we get from them, unless we track them manually from FaucetPay.io.
Other programs can even offer a refback. This could become an incentive for referrals to keep claiming. We can still make them ourselves but we do need to ask for contact information to each referrals then.
In the end, maybe we cannot expect too much from Griddy Scratch. This is still just an instant cryptocurrency faucet. People only come and claim the reward.ย But, who knows? Maybe this can inspire the owner to improve the platform.
Conclusion
Griddy Scratch Faucet is a unique cryptocurrency faucet. We can claim USDT coin once every 60 minutes. Technically this is one of the integrated shortlink faucet.
As part of the claiming process, we need to complete a shortlink process. What makes them unique is that they have their own shortlink pages. We need to go through their shortlink pages 3 times. On each pages, there will be no captcha to solve but of course a bit of pop up ads.
We only need to wait for 30 seconds and just click on a button on each. Also, we have to stay focus on those pages or otherwise the countdown won’t start.
At the end of the process, we have 2 choices. Either accept the random reward or we can boost the reward. For the former, they will immediately send the coin to our FaucetPay.io account.
As for the latter, we will be going through their shortlink page again but this time just once. After that we will find a Wheel of Fortune that will determine random various boosting option. The Boost can be just 1,000 satoshi of USDT or we can get multiplier between 1.25x to 2.00x from the base reward. Still, no captcha for the Wheel but some pop ups.
If we get the extra satoshi, we can try again which could lead to multiple extra coins. The wheel will end after we get one of the multiplier boosting option.
My problem with this is typical to any faucet with integrated shortlinks. Sometimes the page, or the countdown doesn’t work which can happen on the 2nd or even 3rd page. If then we fail to complete the process, we won’t get any reward and it will feel like a waste.
it’s even more problematic that sometimes the pop up switch the page or browser tab of that shortlink page. As a result it can fail the process, not because we make a mistake but it can just randomly happen.
I actually like this one because it encourages us to kind of slow down and wait for those timers. While the other similar programs feel like we want to claim the reward as fast as we can. The question is, is the uniqueness worth the reward? Especially with the chances to fail the process.
For me, it’s the same or less frustrating with faucets that relies heavily on reCaptcha or hCaptcha. Nowadays it seems they get to peak load more often and completing them seems to take even longer. Not entirely true but it feels that way.
However, we need to keep in mind that like other faucets, the owner can just keep adding layers to the claiming process. Maybe more ads, more pages or even add a captcha system to the process and make it as or even more harder to complete.
As part of the cryptocurrency faucet feature, we can also gain extra reward from the Airdrop from Griddy Scratch. Basically, every 11th claim, we will get extra reward to the claim, which can increase the reward up to total 3x. This airdrop reward can also get the benefit from the multiplier if we then choose to boost it.
Unfortunately, there is no other feature to use here. This is almost just an instant faucet. Even though we have an account using email address, that should be linked to FaucetPay.io account. The earning rate itself is not bad but nothing special really.
Griddy Scratch does offer a referral commission with 50% rate. That is nice but the only tool we get is just the total number or referrals that we have invited. We don’t know who they are or even how much commission we got.
This one has a chance to build as a good long term passive income. They just need to provide an incentive for users to keep using the site. Otherwise, people will just use the site once or twice or none and never come back again.
Overall, it is nice to see a different and unique cryptocurrency faucet. However, most of these unique programs that I’ve tried have little chance to stay in business. Only time can tell whether this one survives or not.
If you still consider this as an opportunity for more earning source, you can start earning with Griddy Scratch faucet, via this link. It’s FREE. We just need an email address linked to FaucetPay.io account.

Final Words
As mentioned before that we cannot earn that much from Griddy Scratch Faucet or any cryptocurrency faucet. Usually, the key is to use the referral program, get a lot of referrals and let them do the work and we get the commission passively.
There is no need to rely on just referral program from Griddy Scratch. We can try and promote other referral programs as well. As many as we want.
In order to do that, it’s better to have our own website, promote the program until we can get enough referrals and they can generate income for us.ย This is not only limited to digital product but we can also promote physical product.
Share a link from a marketplace like Amazon, or directly from big brands like Apple, and if people buy something, we can earn some commission. It’s not limited to just tech product but any passion we have from food, travel, sports, movies.
That is how we can have an online business.
If you are interested to learn more about building a website and turn it into a business, even a passive income, there is a training program that you can try.
On this training, not only we can learn about how to, but we can actually set up the website, grow it until it can generate income. We can learn from a lot of experts who were once just like you and me, know almost nothing about online business.
This is an easy training program that even a guy without a college degree can use it. Within two years he started to have a full time income from his website and quit his regular job.
We can even ask the owner the help out directly. Try it. Join the program for FREE and try to reply their first message to you and see if they get back and help you out.
You can learn more about the training from my review here.
We grow the business and website by using affiliate programs just like Griddy Scratch. Here is my list of other affiliate programs that you can try.
I will keep updating the page and add more programs. So, stay tuned.
