You might be looking for another faucet program but not for Bitcoin because you want to diversify. Not just to get free coins, or pennies but with interest that can grow the money for a long term investment, kinda like Freebitco.in but for other coins.
How about trying Litecoin? At this time Litecoin is at rank number 5 based on the market cap between cryptocurrencies.

Who are they? Are they legit or scams? How much money can we make? Are they really offering a daily interest? Can this become the next investment for passive income?
Those are probably a few question that came to mind when people heard about free-litecoin.com. In this article, I will share with you my free-litecoin.com review based on my experience on using them.
Hopefully this can help people to decide whether they should start collecting Litecoins or even to use them as alternative investment.

December 2023. The minimum is up again to now 0.011 LTC. I just realized that they increased the minimum to earn from the investment of their ETH faucet. So, now my coin is stuck there generating nothing.

July 2023. Now, they increased the network fee as well. For Litecoin faucet, the network fee is higher even than the minimum amount to withdraw. 0.007 LTC minimum with 0.001 LTC network fee.
May 2023. I want to point out that this one keeps increasing the minimum to withdraw for every faucet. There is a chance that our coins might get stuck if we deposit lower than the minimum. While we can still make a deposit then withdraw immediately, we have to pay fee.
February 2023. Recently I got an email about a new faucet Free-Bitcoin.io. I assume this is from the same group but for Bitcoin faucet. For now, there is no restriction like the previous faucets where we need to make deposit first before we can continue using the faucet. But this can change.
The minimum to withdraw is 0.0008 BTC or 8,000 satoshi and the network fee is 2,000 satoshi. Per claim we get at least about 0.001 USD which is higher than their other faucets. For the earning feature, we need 10,000 satoshi to start the investment.

Somehow I missed the part that they already launched a new DOGE faucet. The domain is Free-DOGE.io. To withdraw, we need the minimum 23 DOGE with additional 2 DOGE for the network fee. We also need to have 10 DOGE to start earning from this.

January 2023. They increased the minimum to withdraw for their Litecoin faucet. The minimum is now 0.006 LTC and that is before the fee, which is 0.001 LTC.

November 2020. I finally tried to make deposit to Free-Litecoin.com. However, as the deposit page suggests, some wallet will consider the deposit address as an invalid one.
They even give a link to converter tool that we can use. However, even after using those tools, the wallet address can still be considered as invalid.
So, we have to make some deposit in order to keep using this faucet and yet the deposit method is problematic. Some other wallet may still work but we have to try it.
October 2020. I was not sure about free-tether.com so I did send an email to contact info from Free-Litecoin.com whether this new faucet is also theirs or other party just trying to replicate their platform.
It took a couple of days but they actually replied back to me and confirmed that Free-Tether.com is indeed one of theirs.
Since we have to make a deposit in order to keep using their faucets, I’m considering moving this program from faucet category into investment.
July 2020. I’m still not sure but there is a new faucet that seems to be one of their sister site. The website is Free-Tether.com and as the name suggests, we can earn USDT (Tether).

Currently, they haven’t updated their own profile and this new faucet hasn’t been listed as one of theirs. As we know, there are other programs with different owner with the similar script and interface.
My problem with them launching new faucet is that they already failed handling multiple sister sites. What will be the guarantee that this is not a disaster.
Nevertheless I’m giving this new site a try. Somehow I saw the ad while on Free-Ethereum.io so I thought this is theirs.
We will need about 0.64 USDT at least to withdraw. Each an hour claim will grant us like 0.002 USDT so it will take about 300 claims before we can withdraw.
That one claim reward, about 22 satoshi is also higher than what we can get from Free-Litecoin.com or Free-Ethereum.io, which is about 8 satoshi. So, it is a bit suspicious. I will update once I made a withdraw and get paid.
Almost everything is the same, except that there is a BLACKJACK feature.
So, after 3 days, I finally saw the warning that I can only earn the free coins for the first 20 days. I can continue on using this if I make a deposit or have at least 1 USDT in my balance.
They actually implemented this new rules on their previous sites but I didn’t notice because I do have more than the minimum on any of those.
For their closed programs, we can no longer access their page since June 2020, I think.
April 2020. If I understand correctly, Free-Litecoin.com group has decided to shut down only some of their faucet programs, not all of them. Based on their announcement on SITEEND section, the reason is because some of them are no longer making profit for them. They are going to keep free-litecoin.com and Free-Ethereum.io running.
The rest of them, the Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Monero are no longer offering the faucet feature. We can still use them for the multiplier or just withdraw.
I have requested withdraw from the Monero and Bitcoin Cash faucet. So far, after a couple of days, I only got Monero payment but not the second one.
I did try to withdraw the Dogecoin since I got over 90 DOGE. Unfortunately we need 100 DOGE to withdraw now. So, my earnings got stuck there and we can’t make deposit either.
I think they also increased the minimum and fee on others as well so some people might be losing their earnings as well. It is really a bad move from them.
At this point, I really can’t recommend anybody to use their service again. Even though they are still keeping two of their faucet, maybe the best suggestion would be to withdraw the funds immediately.
Update. After about 3 weeks, I got the payment for Bitcoin Cash.
March 2020. I submitted another withdraw request for the Free-Bcash.com. This time I did get paid after having them sent to an exchanger wallet that specifically use the term Bitcoin Cash ABC instead of just Bitcoin Cash. I don’t know why but I thought this was the reason I lost my payment.
Since I still didn’t get my earning back from the previous withdraw and they were not trying to contact me at all, I will keep my status for Free-Litecoin.com and their groupย as PROBLEMATIC just to remind other users. Hope it helps.
January 2020. I did submit a withdraw request on Free-Bcash.com. However, the withdraw doesn’t appear on the STATS as the payment history and I didn’t get any payment on my wallet.
I contacted them via email and it seemed like they knew that there was a problem. They tried to send the payment again and I still didn’t get it. It happened a couple times, we sent email back and forth and I still didn’t get the payment.
I told them what is the problem and if it was indeed on my side, I will let it go. However, they didn’t say anything other than “TRY AGAIN”, “CHECK AGAIN”. Eventually they gave up and I still didn’t get any payment.
In February 2020, I got the payment again from Free-Dogecoin.com just like I did a couple times before. With that in mind, I have to say that this program is PROBLEMATIC. At least, for the free-bcash.com.
So, for those who use this program and their group, I suggest trying to withdraw the moment we reach the minimum to make sure we can get paid. Maybe I just got unlucky with one of theirs because I know that they are paying.
I will try again with the Free-Bcash.com maybe next month after I reach the minimum again. And, if you are like me, can’t get paid, probably just for this one, there is no point on keep using it. Even though they are paying other people.
Try to withdraw and if we do get paid, then we can use any of their group.

Just by looking at the homepage, the web design, there are some similarity between free-litecoin.com and Freebitco.in. People might ask, are they from the same group or the same owner?
Is this just the Litecoin version of Freebitco.in? To be honest I really can’t tell for sure but there are some indications that they are not from the same company.
If you are not familiar, here is the link to Freebitco.in and you can read my Freebitco.in review.
They could have done a better job for replicating at least the website. With the success of Freebitco.in who’s been offering service since 2013, we can expect some people might be thinking to start similar business.
Those people can just tell the web developer, that they want to have a website just like Freebitco.in. They could even ask the same coder, maybe pay them for $100.
There are also other things like typos on every page. Even some grammar mistake that even I, who can’t speak English very well can tell.
I mean, they could have just copied from the original website and modify them with a thing or two. So, it is very easy to tell that this is a different person trying to do the same thing.
Instead of offering Bitcoin or Dogecoin, they offer Litecoin here. If you want to know more about Litecoin, there is an FAQ about Litecoin on their homepage. We can’t see this page after we sign in.
So who are they?
Not much that we can find. Especially on their website.
It’s very typical that website like this won’t even have a company profile. Even Freebico.in doesn’t have one, only how they conduct their business or their financial plan.
By using WhoIs tool, we can only tell that the owner is from Czech (CZ). That is probably the reason for the bad English. At least, we can tell that English is not their first language, maybe not even the second.
Based on the WhoIs tool as well, we can tell that they have registered this domain since the end of 2017. But it seems they didn’t start the business right away until the mid of 2018.
I think they also run two sister sites free-bcash.comย and free-dogecoin.com. In 2019, they added another one Free-ethereum.io. Based on the similar script and design also the registrant location, which is from Czech, I think we can assume that three of them are from the same group.
There is nothing else to know more about the company. No social media account to follow and the only way to contact them is by sending email to info@free-litecoin.com and it’s not even on website.
In September 2019, they added another sister site, Free-Monero.com (XMR/Monero).
At the end of November 2019. they added another sister site, Free-Dash.com.
Update 2020. Apparently, the free-dash.com which has now become fly-dash.com is from a totally different group. But they are legit and I already got paid from the FLY group as well.
Faucet – Main Feature
To start using and claiming free coins, just sign up here. Just enter the email and password, no need to have Litecoin wallet address to start using this service. But we can’t change the email address later and we need this email address to enter our Litecoin wallet address later.
Faucet is the main feature of the website. After we log in, we will arrive at the HOME page, which is the faucet.
This is a 60 minutes faucet. We claim then we have to wait for an hour before we can claim our free coins again.
If you have tried Freebitco.in, this is actually similar to that. Some people might think that this is one of theirs.
How does it work?
Just scroll down to the bottom of this faucet page. Then we prove ourselves that we are not a robot by solving captcha.
It is from Google reCaptcha. After we get a check list we can hit the roll button to get our lucky number.
Based on that lucky number we can get different amount of litoshi or part of litecoin. Below is the list for the group of prize we can get.
0-9885 (9886 lucky numbers) for $0.0008
9886-9985 (100 lucky numbers) for $0.008
9986-9993 (8 lucky numbers) for $0.2
9994-9997 (4 lucky numbers) for $2
9998-9999 (2 lucky numbers) for $20
10000 ( 1 lucky number) jackpot for $200
Like Freebitco.in, we can get up to $200 worth of litecoin or litoshi, instead of bitcoin or satoshi. Then for the lower prize we can get around one tenth of the higher group.
Except that the second group we already get far lower than one tenth. Another one tenth for the first group.
With the same probability, so far, I can get like only the second group on Freebitco.in, never higher. If it works the same here, that is probably the reason for them to lower the prize for the second group.
That’s it. We already got our free litecoin and wait for 60 minutes to claim again.
We can see our balance on the top right corner. Once we get enough, reach the minimum, we can withdraw.
At the time of this writing, the jackpot $200 equals to 2.28 LTC and the first group $0.0008 is around 900 litoshi. They also use a dynamic price so what we can get remains the same in USD value but as Litecoin might change from time to time.
The ads
Another different thing about this and Freebitco.in is that we still need to view some ads. Few banners and a slide ads at the bottom right corner.
There is also a pop up ads that will open a new tab. Usually after the timer is up.
Try to click anywhere but the captcha first on that faucet page. They will open a new tab for the faucet page so if we solve the captcha first then click on that pop up ads, we have to solve the captcha again.
After a few claims usually this would stop. Maybe they run out of ads, I don’t know.
So far, there is no other ads on other pages. Only on homepage before we sign in.
The timer and Sound Notification
The timer works fine. Some other faucet program doesn’t even have that.
There is a sound notification to let us know when the timer is up. We need to activate it at the bottom of the timer.
Test out the sound first so we know when it happens. But there is a problem.
First, if we move the tab to another page, the bell doesn’t work. Of course, if we close the tab, we won’t get any notification.
The second is, that everytime we refresh the faucet page, we need to activate the sound again or if we move back to that page. The check sign will disappear.
And lastly, after we make a claim, the page doesn’t automatically switch to the timer. We need to refresh the page in order to see how much time left. The timer is working even if we don’t, it’s just we won’t hear the sound.
As of May 2019, I think the owner manage to make some improvement. By default the sound notification is on, switching to other page won’t change it.
Now the page will automatically show the timer right after the result from the roll.
My comments
Mostly we can only get the first group of prize. The amount we can get is just slightly lower than what we can get from Freebitco.in.
I always consider Freebitco.in as the standard since they have been around since 2013. It means that they have proven themselves capable to manage their finance to sustain their business even though it’s not a guarantee for other company to just replicate and do the same.
At least we can have some comparison for success.
Giving away lower free money means that free-litecoin.com has a better chance to survive longer. Since they also lower the prize for the second group, the chance is even bigger.
The use of dynamic price is a good way to be more flexible considering how volatile the market for any cryptocurrencies. This way, they won’t suddenly run out of cash when the price of Litecoin becomes too high.
So, they probably have some income by displaying ads on the faucet page. Not really sure how much they can make from that.
The ads is a bit annoying since they automatically open a new tab but other program could be worse. How they display the ads is not very bad since they don’t distract the main feature.
If what they can get from the ads is just an extra income for them, maybe we can expect no additional ads in the future. Even if they do, hopefully it doesn’t distract other feature too much.
I would say that based on this feature alone, free-litecoin has a good stand to stick around longer. But of course that this feature is just one part of their business.
The point in any economy is always to get more than what they pay. Obviously they need a better way to earn something and they need other feature for that. What other features do they have?
Multiplier Betting Game
As you can read, it’s a betting feature. A gambling feature. Even Freebitco.in has one. A way to make money from those who love to gamble.
I’m going to state this from the beginning. We are going to lose money playing this MULTIPLY game.
Don’t use it just because they advertise that we can multiply our coins here or it’s just a 50/50 chance. No guarantee to win at all.
Maybe there are people who love to this sort of things so if you want to do it, do it on your own risk. I don’t recommend it, only put this here for the sake of writing a thorough review.
How does it work?
We place the bet, then we can choose either high or low. Betting whether the number is higher or lower than 50,000.
If we guess it right, we get what we bet returned and the same amount for what we win. That is how we get double after we pay them.
If we are wrong, we will lose the money we bet. To even make the betting game easier, they also provide us with doubling and halving button to increase or decrease the bet.
There is also a keyboard shortcut. If we accidentally press it, we can make the bet we don’t know.
Be careful with pressing “L” for low bet and “H” for high. Or, we can just stay away from the MULTIPLY page.
My comment
This multiplying feature is actually not as complicated as the one on Freebitco.in. On Freebitco.in, we can actually lose more money than we have on our balance thanks to the automatic feature even though we can set the limit of losing.
Here, we just bet, either win double the amount we pay or just lose the amount we pay. So, it’s actually a lot safer here but not good enough for me to recommend people to use it.
At least, on Freebitco.in, that is a good way for them to earn money from those who love to gamble. They even set aside some funds for the multiplying game.
They probably say that, this is in case there is actually a winner. I think it’s the opposite.
I don’t know about the actual number of gamblers here but I don’t think this is a great revenue for them. At least not to the level of Freebitco.in where anybody could suddenly lose all of their money.
If we want to make more money, consider trying other feature they offer or invest on other program. The next feature is how we can grow our money automatically.
Daily Interest
This is like a bank or investment. We keep some balance to our free-litecoin account here and based on that balance we can earn some interest daily.
In theory, we can just let it grow itself. The interest rate is 6% annually.
How does it work?
We just need to keep the minimum balance to 0.05 LTC per day to earn the interest. If we rely on the faucet alone we need like over 5,000 claims for the same price of Litecoin.
Forย 6% annually, since they will pay us everyday, we can get like 0.016% daily interest. For the minimum 0.05 LTC based on the rate at this time and their calculator, we can get 798 litoshi, almost like one claim.
Of course this could go higher if we keep more money on balance. They say that the interest will be calculated daily at random time.
If I understand correctly, this is because they are following what Freebitco.in does. They want to prevent anybody who wants to just make a deposit, get interest of the day then withdraw it immediately.
In my opinion, this is no longer a profitable way since the withdraw fee is already too high to do this. More about this on WITHDRAW section below.
The interest will be compounded daily, which means, the interest we get today will be calculated for the interest tomorrow. If our balance is large enough, let’s say 1 LTC, then the interest would be large enough as well to be an interest for the next day.
My comments
The interest is actually higher than what Freebitco.in offers. We get 6% annually here compared to 4.08% there.
But the minimum amount before we get the interest is actually higher here. If 1 LTC equals 0.017 BTC, it means we need like 83,000 satoshi (0.05 LTC) to reach the minimum for interest here. Almost 3 times from Freebitco.in.
As I said above that, at the rate of this time we need like over 5,000 claims before we reach the minimum by relying on our claim alone. That is like almost a year assuming we actually make a claim every hour.
I think we can try other faucet that offers Litecoin as well and keep the coins we earn here so our money can grow. But, the network fee for every transaction can be very high.
This is also based on assumption that we want to keep Litecoin as investment. Maybe in the hopes that the price will go up.
If not, alternatively, it’s probably better to withdraw our claim early and sell them to BTC or other coins or even cash. Invest on something else.
Lottery
Another feature to spend our money on. Buy lottery tickets and see how lucky we are every week.
Free-litecoin.com doesn’t give us any free lottery from faucet claim. We can buy them for 10 litoshi per ticket.
The lucky winner will be determined every Sunday at 00:00 (GMT+7). We can see the timer on LOTTERY page.
There are 5 winners each round with total prize based on the number of ticket multiplied by the price. First place: 45%, 2nd: 25%, 3rd: 15%, 4th: 10%, 5th: 5%.
My comments
Obviously I’m not going to recommend people to use this. The lottery ticket we buy only for that round.
If we don’t win, it means we are wasting the money. Especially if the money is not from free claim here.
Based on the last three rounds the total tickets bought for each can reach over 3.8 million tickets with total prize over 0.38 LTC.
I admit that the ticket price is relatively cheap compared to other program. If we really want to try our luck, just buy one per round.
We can still win with just one. On Freebico.in, where we can get free lottery tickets per faucet claim, over two years of claiming every day and almost every hour, I’ve never won even once.
So, my luck is really not in this kind of things. If you still want to try, do it on your own risk.
Referral / Affiliate Program
Referral / affiliate program is a feature that can turn any program into a long term passive income. With this, we can invite other people to join free-litecoin.com and they will become our referral.
If our referral make a claim from a faucet, which means they get money, we will also get some percentage of their earnings. So we get paid by inviting other people to get paid as well.
How does it work?
Every affiliate program will give their member a unique link each with their ID attached to it. The one below is an mine with my ID to free-litecoin.com.

There is no official statement about from which feature I can get referral commission from. Some programs offer commission from every feature even the betting game.
Here on freelitecoin.com, they only state we can earn half of referrals winnings. Which I assume is just from faucet claim, since that would be the standard.
I could be wrong about this. I will update this page if I get more info.
We can find our own link on REFERRER page. There is a COPY button to make sure we share the right link because if we miss just one number of that link, we might be loosing a potential income source.
Too bad that is the only tool they provide to help us in promotion. Other program can provide banners even tracking tools. But it should be enough.
There is also tracking only for top referrals earning. Not all of them.
How can this be a passive income?
The answer is because we can get as many referral as we can. Of course, it won’t be that easy.
Just one referral make a claim, we will get some. So with a lot of referrals, there is no need for us to do the claiming ourselves.
Assuming, of course, they are all active referrals. But this can be a long term thing, just keep getting one by one for over a year or even more.
I mentioned earlier that from the daily interest feature, with minimum balance, we can get interest worth of almost one claim. That is just once everyday.
If we have active referrals, each make 10 claims, we get like 5 claims each passively. And it would be easier for us to reach minimum threshold for either withdrawing or increasing the daily interest we can earn.
How to get more referrals
So, the question is how to do it? We can share the link to anybody we know.
If they are interested, they will try it out. But if they don’t we will only become like a salesman or in online world, they will call us spamming.
People hate that and if we use some social media account, we can lose our followers. So, the real question is how to find those who are interested in faucet program, cryptocurrencies or similar program?
Sure, we can try finding forums, or other platform where those people will be looking for those information. But still, there will be a lot of people will do the same. Those platforms has rules that we need to follow and limit our effort to promote.
Not to mention, there is chance that they can change the rules or even shut down their platform. When that happens, we need to start over.
The better idea would be to have our own website. Like having a store in real life where people can keep coming back to.
With our website, we can always add more information about the program we promote. Not just free-litecoin.com but other faucet or maybe other cryptocurrencies or online program.
By having our own website we focus on building the content, our “store” while we let the promotion to Google or other search engine. This is the best way to promote.
Instead of we become a salesman approaching a stranger, we let them find us when they search using Google or any search engine. They will see our work, our experience in the field and they think it’s good enough, they will come back.
The best part is they will become our salesman as well. Sharing our website to other people they know.
Like building a business in real life, this could take times to build reputation first for search engine before they can show our website as one of their top results. As we keep adding more contents about alternative programs, we eventually can get there.
While we can keep using faucet to earn pennies, we can also build and invest our time for our website to get more referrals. Not just for this program but for a whole lot of affiliate programs.

Deposit
As I mentioned before that instead of waiting for free coins to reach minimum for daily interest, we can just make a deposit. We send our Litecoin we already have to free-litecoin.com so we can get interest right away.
We can do it by sending the Litecoins to the deposit address specific to our account. So, make sure if we want to send, we send to our account deposit address not other accounts.
To get the address we can check out DEPOSIT page and we will see a page like the picture below.
We just need to click on GENERATE NEW DEPOSIT ADDRESS and we will get the address with a QR code. Based on the explanation from that page, the address we will get will start with a letter M.
This is probably a new format, since the original Litecoin address starts with a letter L and some wallet can’t process sending coins to a new format. So, free-litecoin.com suggest that we convert the address using an open source tool.

I have tried converting my deposit address but I haven’t tried making any deposit. The new address after conversion is always the same from the same source.
Should we make a deposit?
Once again the point on making a deposit is to use the interest feature and make our money work instead of just keeping it. Do not make any deposit just to spend on multiplying game or lottery tickets.
If we consider Litecoin as an investment, unless we find some alternatives program that offer interest as well, we should consider this as an option. But still, we can always get if for free for claiming from faucet.
If keeping Litecoin as investment is not a viable option, then we should consider withdrawing as soon as possible than convert it to something else. Invest on some other cryptocurrencies or cash for other investment.
But, yea, the transaction fee is a bit expensive to withdraw. More about this on next section.
Withdraw
This is the question for any money making program. How can we withdraw our earnings?
Imagine after all the time we spend here, claim after claim each hour and suddenly we can’t withdraw the money. Are they scam or there is something that we forget about?
To withdraw the money we can access the WITHDRAW page. The picture below is what we are going to see.
The minimum amount to withdraw is 0.001 LTC. But, there is another 0.001 LTC for the network transaction fee.
This fee will not be deducted from the amount we withdraw but from the remaining balance. So, we need to have 0.002 LTC on our balance first before they process the withdraw manually.
Just enter the amount we want to withdraw and solve the captcha before submitting. If the total is or more than 0.002 LTC, they will process them.
To change or add the wallet address, we can go to PROFILE page. They will send a confirmation email to the email address we use to sign up. We need to click on that before they can process the change.

The fee could be a deal breaker
So, after around 200 claims, at this time rate, we can only get half of it if we want to make a withdraw. Of course we don’t really have to withdraw everytime we reach that number but still, the fee is too high.
Since they mentioned that the fee is network fee, I started to ask myself whether is it a standard for any transaction using Litecoin. If it is, then using Litecoin as an investment might not be a good idea.
